Private OG Tutoring

Orton-Gillingham tutoring is ideal for struggling students requiring extra support with reading and spelling, including Dyslexia. Sessions are individualized to students' needs, with a focus on phonemic awareness, phonics, morphology, sight words, spelling, reading fluency, vocabulary, and/or comprehension.

I provide Orton-Gillingham or EBLI tutoring for reading, spelling, and writing skills. Morning and early afternoon times are available for busy and unique homeschool schedules.

Summer Programs

Summer is the best time to catch up or get ahead! The Summer Slide program is an online, 4- or 8- week program to keep your child from regressing over the summer and stay ahead for the next school year. Perfect for students entering 1st, 2nd, and 3rd grades in the next school year. Summer program options will be available in April 2026.

About Tiffany Lam, M.Ed.

Hi! I'm Tiffany, a tutor and mom, who is passionate about all things literacy - reading, spelling, and writing.

Since 2012, I have worked with students in different settings - in school as an Education Specialist, in learning centers, and in homes as a private tutor. I developed my passion for literacy in 2015, when I started working at a learning center with students with suspected and diagnosed Dyslexia, ADHD, and Autism, and saw how effective structured reading instruction was for them.

I became trained in Orton-Gillingham in 2021 through IMSE and have done 100+ hours of OG training since then. I am always learning and reading up on the latest literacy research. I'd love to see if I am a good fit for your child's learning needs.

Fun fact: I won my school's spelling bee competition in 6th grade and competed in the district spelling bee!
